To me, Easter and Spring are all about hope and renewal. Hope is something we are all definitely needing right now. So much of our lives has been turned upside down and I feel like many of us are trying to cling to any sense of normalcy. Easter might look a little different this year; we might not get to be with all of our family in person, get to take our kids to a community egg hunt, or be able to find all of our favorite traditional foods, but we can still make it a wonderful Easter celebration. We just need to challenge ourselves, think outside of the box, and be creative. What many of us are craving is connection because that is what we are wired for. Easter may not be exactly the same as years past but it can still be a special day. Creating new memories can be fun, don’t be surprised if your kids want to do them again next year!  What your kids will remember most is that you tried your best and that you love them. What matters most is being together with your family and spending time with those you love, even if for now it is just done virtually. Happy Easter everyone!
