After a week of kids home for spring break, or after a long winter, or after a busy day at work, or after a busy day of entertaining littles…no matter what proceeded our mom’s night out we were all ready for some time just for us! A wonderful group of moms joined us for a night of rejuvenation, community, learning, and relaxation! If you missed it – have no fear! The Niche
The Niche’s (pronounced neesh) newly expanded studio offers pilates, personal training, mindfulness, meditation, Reiki/energy work, and a cold press juice bar is coming soon! Owner, Nicki Thiel, is seriously a bundle of sunshine and was so fun to chat with. While she led a discussion that was uplifting, she does not discount the difficult feelings that come with motherhood and she strives to provide a space that helps bring light to those who visit. She has created a space in which women can find a variety of wellness options.
Nicki has over 30 years of experience teaching bodies to move. She is the highest trained and experienced Stott Pilates instructor in Idaho. Whether you are wanting to feel more yourself post childbirth or have the desire to get stronger and more flexible, Nicki helps you be your best self Mind – Body – Soul. Green Life Juice
Okay… this stuff will seriously make you understand the juice craze. So refreshing, yummy, and packed FULL of the fruits and veggies that are so hard to fit in every day. We got to try two at Mom’s Night Out and they were both fantastic! Never been a fan of beets and this beet juice I loved! These juices are organic and cold-pressed, so all good nutrients stay in the juice instead of being broken down by heat and friction like a regular blender or juicer. The Green Life Juice Bar will be up and fully running at The Niche soon and will have bottles for individual sale or a sweet option for delivery orders.
Red Thread Holistics
Jaidyn shared so much cool information! She explained the body’s chakras and shared aura drawings. Jaidyn is a Holy Fire II Reiki Master and the owner of Red Thread Holistics. Red Thread Holistics is an international healing space that believes in creating and maintaining a healthy energetic system to promote a happier healthier life. She specializes in emotional release techniques, guided meditation, crystal therapy, and aromatherapy. In our insanely busy world, it is so important to take time to take care of yourself. We all experience trauma, anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions. Jaidyn wants to help overcome those to become your highest, most authentic self. Taking back control of your life, and claiming your space is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Bonnie Horsburgh
Bonnie spoke some serious truth! “As women, we are much nicer to others than we are to ourselves.” Bonnie is a clinical social worker who helps others create joy, fulfillment, and well-being in their lives. She specializes in mindfulness-based practices, self-compassion, and stress-reduction. Bonnie helps her clients build resilience to stress, clarify deeply-held values, foster deeper connections with others, and increase joy and contentment. Her approach is a way of life. Bonnie maintains a thriving therapy practice and leads classes, retreats, and workshops throughout the Idaho Falls community. Check out her retreat coming up April 20th!
Katie Calderwood, Massage Therapist
